Most Led tube wholesale you'll find are going to require somewhere between 2 to 5 volts, so you can power them with any 120VAC to +5VDC transformer with an appropriate resistor in series to drop the current below the LED's maximum rating but keep the voltage above its on-voltage threshold. Commercially manufactured T5 LED Tube usually have the resistors already added with all outdoor led strip lights wired together in parallel, so all you have to do is supply the voltage specified by the board.
